Artin is the COO and Managing Partner at Option One Lending, and also originates mortgages as a licensed Loan Officer. Prior to his mortgage profession, Artin was managing engineering teams in aerospace and tech industries; Artin has an MBA from University of Southern California (USC) and engineering degrees from California State University. Artin’s favorite part of being a lender is assisting first time homebuyers, as well as structuring complicated loans and simplifying the process for homebuyers. Artin is also fluent in Farsi (Persian) and Armenian languages.
